At first, our hiring team will take a close look at your application to check whether you should be shortlisted for a particular profile based on the skills mentioned in your resume and professional experience. So, it is highly recommended that you share your most recently updated resume.
Then, you will have a short telephonic interview scheduled with one of our team members, in which you will have to explain your projects and skillset in detail. This conversation will last 15-20 minutes, based on which, your application will move to the technical round of interview.
Unlike many companies in this industry, we do not believe in stretching this process to days and making you wait for the next call restlessly.
Once you are shortlisted, our hiring team will schedule the technical interview within 24 hours after the telephonic interview, in which our field experts test your skills, judge your efficiency and decide whether you are the right match for the job or not.
